This weeks park plans at MK

 In this weeks park we have the smaller rookie park setup in the left hand slope. This consists of the orange gasser and the battleship box at the top, moving down we have the flat box and a kicker and to finish the run a gasser spine stall...

 On the right hand slope we have a combo of boxes next to the Maverix donkey kink rail and a section of the Vans rails.
Moving down we have the down flat down square bar, a small kicker and another section of the Vans rails.

We then have a kicker at get off point 1 and to finish the run a rocket pipe to picnic bench and the big rainbow box.

This Friday ride the park till Midnight at our Parkstrife night. This weekend get your freestyle fix                                                                              ride the freestyle zone from 12pm-close both                                                                                   Saturday and Sunday.

Here is the park plan for this week at Snozone MK..
On the left hand slope we have the rainbow and battleship boxes, a small kicker and the orange pipe and pole jam..

On the Right hand slope we have the main park setup consisting of the Vans rail at the top next to a small gasser spine and a flat box.
Moving down the slope we have the down flat down next to the battleship rail and the 2nd half of the Vans rails.. We then have a kicker and to finish the run a gasser to picnic bench and 2 halfs of the giant gas pipes..

There are 3 nights to shred at MK this week. Kicking off Wednesday night from 6pm with the Snofresh student night.. If you have an NUS card make sure you show this at the front desk for a sweet deal on slope time..

This Thursday and Friday there will also be the standard park nights running 7pm-11pm.. Pre book your session online or over the phone using the code FS20 to receive 20% off your freestyle pass..

The park on the left hand slope will be the smaller section designed specially for riders looking to get into freestyle riding or to practice tricks before taking them to the bigger park setup on the right hand slope.
This will include a pair of ride on boxes at the top moving down to a small kicker and then the orange pipe and the pole jam to finish..

On the right hand slope there will be the main park setup, starting at the top with a double box setup next to the maverix donkey kink and one of the Vans 5m down rails..
Moving down the slope we have the big flat box next to the 2nd of the Vans rails and the round bar donkey kink rail..

The 3rd section will be the picnic bench raised up on a box of snow next to the redbull pole jam and the double bar shotgun rail..

To finish the run we have a double gasser spine stall setup for Thursday and Friday only..

Here are the park plans for this week at Snozone MK.. This Thursday we have our weekly park night and then Park strife on Thursday so the slope will be open till midnight.

The park will be on the left hand slope this week due to the 3rd round of the BUISC student championships running on Wednesday.

There will be no freestyle features this weekend.

Here is the park setup for MK this week. We have the Freestyle zone (all features on the top left hand slope) which will be open from 12pm-close Thursday to Sunday.
We will also have selected features on the main park open during the day on Friday.
This Friday we have our first Who's Afraid of the park freestyle ski and board coaching evening so come down and get some tips from the Snozone coaches..

Happy new year! Hope you all had a good Xmas. Sorry for the lack of posts over Christmas I have been off making the most of the storm swells that have been battering the Cornish coast line and getting a great New years surf in..

This week at MK we have Freestyle night on Thursday night and the first Park Strife of 2014 this Friday from 7pm..


New for 2014 we will have selected features of the main park setup open on Fridays from 12pm-6pm, This will change every week and we will aim to have as much open as possible, We will then of course reshape these features ready for the evening session. So if your stuck for something to do on a Friday day time then why not head on down for a day time shred!                              

As well as having the park open on Friday days we will be trialing our new freestyle zone which will be setup on the top of the left hand slope. This will be a smaller set of features aimed at progression which will be
open Thursday-Friday-Saturday and Sunday 12pm-Close.

Here are the park plans for this week at MK.. This is the last park setup of the year so make sure you make it down for a shred. We have the #Vansofftherails winning feature designed by MK local Connor Gould..


This Friday as an added Christmas treat we also have the guys from Stepchild snowboards and Flux bindings on the slope providing free demo's of this seasons latest kit..

#VANSOFFTHERAILS edit

The Parkshaperblog team have been working with the Vans UK team to design and build a pair of rails to live at Snozone MK.
After a few weeks of designing and building we have built a pair of 5m long round down rails which can be setup a number of different ways.
Check out this edit shot overnight at MK of just a few of the setups possible.

Vans have been running a hashtag comp for you to design your dream setup using these features.

All you have to do is draw it up take a picture and post on Instagram with the hash tag.

The first winner for this weeks park setup is Jade Walsh, so big congrats to her. Come and ride her dream setup this week at MK..

007 Snowboard night MK 11th October..

If you like skiing boarding and shooting stuff then this night is for you.. 007 freestyle session.

Snozone Milton Keynes - October 11th 7pm-11pm

Join us on the slopes on Friday 11th October for the 007 freestyle night. Snozone have teamed up with some of the big names in airsoft to combine the excitement and skill of airsoft gun shooting and skiing and snowboarding to create a fun and exciting twist to a freestyle  competition.

 

The event will begin at 7pm for a relaxed practice jam session on the specially themed freestyle park. The judges will be watching riders throughout the evening and noting down names of entrants who show skill and technique on the slopes and in the shooting range set up at the bottom of the slope to pick entrants for the after hours 3 run showdown.

 

The riders invited to the after hours competition will be armed with an airsoft gun and judged on there run not only on the tricks they land but there accuracy shooting the targets mounted before and after each park feature. 

 

Freestyle slope session- 7pm-11pm

Free entry for the chance to be invited back to ride the 007 slope run 11pm-12pm (Numbers limited to 20 riders)

3rd and 4th October park MK

Here we have the park plan for this week at Snozone MK.

We have the rookie park on the left hand slope as usual consisting of a flat box and Maverix rail. Then we have a kicker and to finish the run the orange pipe and the battleship box.

On the right hand slope we have a black gasser and the yellow donkey kink rail at the top.
Moving down we have the new Redbull down flat down a rocket pipe and the new Redbull donkey kink.

We then have a kicker and to finish the run the picnic bench and a small gasser spine.

This Saturday we have the Slide to Sochi event to mark the countdown to the 2014 winter Olympics.
As part of this we will have a the rookie park out and free freestyle coaching available thoughout the day.
On the right hand slope we have the beat the pro slalom course to test your speed.

This week at Mk 4 days of shred..

This week at MK we have 4 days with Freestyle features out on the slopes and to make it event better we have 3 new slope features too.
The Park will be open Thursday and Friday night from 7pm for freestyle night and then we there is Who's afraid of the park freestyle coaching on Saturday evening from 7pm and then the Line travelling circus will be stopping at MK on Sunday from 7pm-10pm so you can come and ride with the pros.

The rookie park will be on left hand slope as usual with the flat box and battleship at the top and a small kicker bellow.

On the right hand slope we have a raised gasser a flat box in the middle and the square down bar.
Moving down the slope we have the new Red bull down flat down round bar the new Red bull round bar donkey kink rail with the flat box in the middle.

Then moving down we have a kicker with the new barrel tap and then the Maverix donkey kink rail and flat box to finish.

Rugby world cup 2015

Early part of this week we have been busy at MK installing a full size set of rugby posts onto the slopes.

This was all part of a PR day for MK council to celebrate the fact that in 2 years time MK will be hosting some of the Rugby world cup games at the Dons stadium. 

Once we had installed the posts we built a kicker and landing to get over the cross bar. 

We had press from all across the country taking shots and interviewing Rugby legend Will Greenwood on the slopes. 

Stoked to get front page of the local paper!

The Line Traveling circus come to MK

The LINE Traveling Circus will be at Snozone Milton Keynes on Sunday 22nd September. 

Come and ski with the pros on the specially built rail setup or watch the madness from the 
bar with a beer.

Join the team in Ellis Brigham for a signing session with the pro team riders from the US- Europe and the UK then join them on the slopes. 

Snozone CAS - Thursday 19th 7pm-11pm
Snozone MK - Sunday 22nd 7pm-10pm

12th and 13th September at Mk

Here is the park plan for this Thursday and Friday at  Snozone Milton Keynes.

On the left hand side we have the smaller rookie park consisting of the flat box and battleship, a small kicker and the orange pipe and rainbow to finish.

On the right hand slope we have the bigger park setup with a black gasser and the new to MK round bar donkey kink kindly donated to us by the guys at Maverix freestyle camps.

Moving down we have the down flat down, the big flat box and a gasser down flat down setup.

Then we have a special feature designed by Vans snow team manager and Snozone sponsored rider Chris Chatt. Come and ride his spine/rainbow creation.

Then to finish we have the picnic table and another new addition to MK, Captain Walshy’s mini jib rails.

The 8th and 9th August at Snopark MK.

Here is the park plan for this Thursday and Friday evening from 7pm at Snozone MK.

On the left hand slope we have the smaller park features which will also be left out for the weekend.

At the top we have a gasser and the rainbow box, then moving down we have a small kicker and to finish the line the flat box and pole jam.

On the right hand slope we have the main park features consisting of the table from the picnic bench the round bar and a black gasser.

Then we have the donkey kink, drop down flat boxes and another gasser.

We then have the shotgun down rail next to a rocket pipe and the big flat box.

To end the line we have the raised up orange pipe and the square bar down rail.

FBBB crew take over Snopark MK this Friday!

Join us this Thursday for our weekly freestyle night from 7pm.

We have a range on freestyle features designed for all skiing and boarding abilities.

And on Friday 2^nd August the For boarders by boarders team will be descending on Snopark Mk for the 2^nd leg of the FBBB parkstrife take over starting at 7pm and running till midnight!

On the left hand slope we have the smaller rookie park with the battleship and flat boxes at the top, a kicker in the middle and a gasser and pole jam to en the run.

On the main slope we have a triple line at the top with an orange pipe donkey kink, black gasser and square down rail.

Moving down we have the down flat down and the round bar donkey kink with a small kick in the middle.

Then we have a double spine set with gasser stalls on the top and the big flat down beside for some get gaps to be had!

To finish the line we have a battleship made from the giant gassers and a rocket pipe to boost off.

There will be live music on the slopes from the FBBB DJ's as well as great prize give away's and free coaching sessions from the crew at grounded freestyle!
